Gangverk is an international tech company headquartered in Reykjavik. We were one of Iceland's first mobile studios, and have grown into working on big projects for renowned international clients.

Apart from client work, we're also building Sling, a shift scheduling and employee communication tool (getsling.com).

Most of our operation is in Iceland, but we're also in Poland, Madrid, and New York City.

We’re looking for talented SAP Professionals to work with our partner. We’re working with Sotheby’s – a world renowned, 270 year old auction house – revolutionising their business with technology. We’ve built an auction engine, customer facing experiences, proprietary databases, internal tools, all to power the tech-enabled auction house. We're looking for: ABAP Developer - application engineer SD Functional Analyst GTS Functional Analyst In this position you'll be working remotely from Iceland with a team in the US and elsewhere. Some travel might be required. GTS Functional Analyst or SD Functional Analyst: We're seeking a condidate with strong SAP GTS or SD experience to join a team responsible for developing and supporting application functionality to facilitate ongoing business initiatives. For GTS: You need to be proficient in all areas of GTS configuration (Legal controls, Customs Processing, Risk, Compliance). A working knowledge of ECC SD and MM is also beneficial. For SD: They need to be proficient in all areas of SD configuration (Order Management, Quotations, Pricing, Delivery Scheduling, Shipping, Billing). A working knowledge of FI and MM is also beneficial. Your responsibilities will be to: Collaborate with end users to analyze requirements for new and existing business processes. Work with IT support team with system and business knowledge transfer, change management and testing of enhancements and bug fixes through to resolution into the production environment. Consult with end users, management and team members to design and implement solutions to support business requirements. Acquire and maintain knowledge of business processes in order to effectively support them. Work independently to configure and test functionality that meets documented design. ABAP Application Developer We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP developer.   You will be part of a team of diverse skillsets which is responsible for supporting strategic business initiatives by developing new application functionality in the areas of SAP R/3 ECC & GTS This team handles the full project lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, go-live and support) for their responsible areas, which provides many exciting opportunities for a self-motivated individual to broaden their technical skills whilst working within a close-knit team. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborate with end users to analyze requirements for new and existing business processes. Consult with technical leads and team members to design solutions to support business requirements. Work with the team to develop and test functionality that meets documented design. Work with product owner, and technical lead and the team to estimate time requirements for larger pieces of work.
